Google Inc., has partnered with 47 airports across in the United States to offer free WiFi access to travellers passing through these cities this holiday period from November 10, 2009 through January 15, 2010.
Under the offer, the people will be able to access the free WiFi at airports in the US as well as on Virgin America Flights.
The latest move has been taken by the company to make the holiday travel crunch a little easier and more pleasant. Google will offer the service in collaboration with Boingo, Advanced Wireless Group, Electronic Media Systems as well as numerous airports that provide wireless services themselves.
And now the best part of the offer is, that there is no need of login, email or you won’t need to provide a credit card or any form of payment. Just simply select the option for the free WiFi and accept the terms of service to enjoy the free service.
Apart from this, travelers will also be able to participate in the Google Holiday WiFi Photo Contest.
