State-run telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) has finally introduced prepaid broadband services in Kerala Circle.

The newly launched service comes in two categories i.e. Limited Access and, Unlimited Access. Initially, BSNL will offer an account along with user name and password for 50 MB free download. The account will remain valid for 15 days.

However, to avail prepaid broadband services, a subscriber need to pay Rs 250 towards installation charges, and Rs 1000 separately for buying Type-I  modem or Rs 1600 for buying Type II modem.

To avail unlimited data access, the customer can choose various vouchers options, which are available in denominations of Rs.300, Rs.550 and Rs.900.

While to avail limited plan, the costumer can recharge with vouchers, available in denominations of Rs 50, Rs 100 and Rs 250 respectively.
